Dr. Hultman is Author of St. Anthony’s Reengineer the Medical Practice (1995) and has published over 300 journal articles. He graduated from CCPM, practiced for twenty five years with University Podiatry Group at UCLA Medical School, and obtained his MBA from UCLA’s Andersen Graduate School of Management. He currently serves as Executive Director of the California Podiatric Medical Association and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Physicians Systems (IPS), a physician services company that provides technology, billing, consulting, management, and strategic planning services for physician practices.
