Coaching Isn’t Therapy
I have been investing in self-development for over 20 years now and besides a regular daily exercise routine, it has been the best thing I have done for myself. I have always been a someone who loves to learn new things, but self-development is for “me” to grow and become a better person.
To help me along the way I have a couple of mentors/coaches and have attended multiple personal development coaching programs. Sometimes we need someone to come alongside us to help us figure out the next step in our life or work plan, to bounce thoughts off of and to get direction and support to continue to move towards our goals.
In my private consulting it has always been exciting when I see a client’s eyes light up with excitement and determination to follow their dreams and goals, that is why a few years ago I decided to again invest in myself to better my skills to help others and become a Performance Coach.
Helping others get a clear vision of what they want and then set up a plan with them to move forward is very rewarding. We all get stuck every now and again and I want to encourage you to find a good coach to assist you in reaching your goals and making your life the one that you envision it to be.
“Coaching isn’t therapy. It’s product development, with you as the product.”
