Why not start your week out a bit differently by taking this challenge? This may sound easy, but believe me, it is not.  Try not to complain about anything for 24 hours.

When you do find something that you want to complain about stop and think of something that you could say that would be positive about the situation or say nothing.  This is a growing experience.  Once you have done it, do it again, your outlook on life does change.
